We have capacity for 50-60  participants (depending on the number of single- versus double-occupancy rooms. Most all the rooms can be occupied by two persons but you will have the option to request a private room - at a higher rate, of course - if you prefer).   So, we do have a limited number of spaces; they will go first come, first served.

At this point we plan to offer the same prices as in 2024.  Holding the line!

Cost will be as follows:  

$590 per person - double occupancy

$740 per person - single occupancy

This includes all instruction, room, and all meals between Monday supper and Saturday breakfast.

Check in is Monday 4:00 pm

Check out is Saturday 11:00 am

There are a limited number of handicap-accessible rooms.   
There are a limited number of (self-contained) RV spots on-site.  Call us for details.

Shuttle service is available to/from Charlotte Douglas airport, for a reasonable fee.

Steps to register

There are two options for submitting your registration. The first is the ‘traditional’ method – a paper form; fill it out and mail it in (or scan it and email it). The second is an ‘online’ version, using an electronic (web-based) form.

For the first option (paper method), please download and print out the form shown below. It is important that you PRINT CAREFULLY all of your information; if we get a form that we cannot read we will discard it and you will not be registered. Once completed, you can mail it in along with your check for the full amount. If you wish to pay by PayPal (which includes an option to pay by credit card), please note that on your form and we will provide you our payment information. For faster confirmation of your registration, scan the form and email it back to us.

For the second option (electronic form), please follow the link listed below. You can then pay either by check (snail mail it to us, at the address listed), or pay online through PayPal. If you select this option we will email you our PayPal link.

Let me say that we prefer you to use the second registration option (the electronic form) and make payment with PayPal. This method is not only the fastest but the most accurate and most manageable, for us. We offer the ‘traditional’ paper method for those who are not comfortable with doing this on the computer.
